1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using fundszen.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What FundsZen is

FundsZen is a matching service that connects individuals with lenders and lending partners in our network. We are not a lender and do not make loan or credit decisions. All loan amounts, rates, terms, approvals, and disbursements are determined solely by the lender.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use our services. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own, and that you are authorized to submit it.

4. Not a lender, no guarantee

FundsZen does not set interest rates, determine loan terms, or guarantee that you will be matched with or approved by a lender. Not all applicants qualify. Any offer you receive comes directly from a lender and is subject to that lender's terms and verification.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, to provide truthful information, and not to interfere with or misuse the platform. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any agreement you enter into with a lender.

6. Limitation of liability

FundsZen is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any lender and makes no warranties regarding loan approval, rates, or terms offered by lenders in our network. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundsZen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

8. Email communications

Purpose. When you submit a request or provide your email address, you agree to receive emails from FundsZen and its lending partners. These include verification and confirmation messages, updates on the status of your funding request, account and security notifications, replies to your inquiries, and occasional offers or promotional messages about products and services that may interest you.

Frequency. Email frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive transactional messages as needed to service your request, and promotional emails no more than a few times per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your email or internet provider.

Unsubscribe & help. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, visiting fundszen.com/unsubscribe, or emailing unsubscribe@fundszen.com. For help, email support@fundszen.com or call +1 (702) 936-3600. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not stop essential transactional messages required to service an active request.
